Shipping Rates and Policies
We ship all our products using UPS, USPS, DHL, or Fed Ex.
Shipping Times Products are typically shipped within 5 business days after receipt of order. If your item is shipped via a carrier that provides a tracking number, it will be sent to you via a shipping email notice. In case of unexpected delays we will contact you via email and inform you of the cause and expected length of delay, giving you an opportunity to cancel your order.
Shipping Destinations At this time, we only ship to the U.S. (50 States) and Canadian provinces. If you live outside of these territories and are interested in ordering from us, please contact us and we will do our best to make special shipping arrangements.
Candian Shipments: GST will be collected from the customer, by the shipping company, at time of delivery of product. GST is assessed by Canada on cost of product and shipping costs.
Return Policy
We do offer a return policy, however the following stipulations apply:
All returns must have a Return Authorization number assigned by us. To obtain a Return Authorization number contact us with your intent and reason for return.
We must receive return requests within 10 days of your receipt of the product(s). Product price will be refunded once the product(s) is received back and inspected to be in new and unused condition. This is to ensure that the product can be restocked for resale.
Shipping Errors and Receipt Of Damaged Shipments
DamagePlease report any errors in shipping or a damaged products within 48 hours of receipt. We will get in touch with you to ascertain the type of damage and work to remedy the situation as soon as possible. We need to be informed of shipping damage expediently so we can file damage claims with the shipping company.
Order Errors
If there is an error in the order shipped, please let us know as soon as possible and we will arrange to have missing products shipped out ASAP or arrange for a product exchange if the wrong item was shipped.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
Once 24 hours have elapsed, a Return Authorization Number must be obtained from us(this is required as order may have already shipped).
